Studio S Fine Arts

Studio S Fine Arts offer studio classes focuses on students preparing for art colleges to develop their creative skills. Throughout the years, their students have gone on to study at some of the best arts schools around the world.

Kirkland Arts Center was founded as the Creative Arts League in 1962 by artists and citizens interested in providing local opportunities in the arts and preserving a Kirkland landmark, the Peter Kirk Building. For over 60 years, KAC has owned and maintained this historic structure and transformed it into an exhibition gallery, community arts studios, and classrooms serving students of all ages and skill levels.

With no Mexican bakeries on the Eastside, Lizeet and Porfirio decided to solve that by creating Cafecito Mexican Bakery. Cafecito is the first and only Mexican bakery on the eastside.

Enjoying pan dulce (pastries) and cafecito (coffees) together with friends and family is an age-old Mexican tradition. Lizeet and Porfirio hope to bring the community together through Cafecito Mexican Bakery.

Angie Winburn

Known as a hard edge fused glass artist, Angie cuts up pieces of colored glass then puts them together like a puzzle to create a desired design. Shen then puts a piece of clear glass on top and fuse all of those pieces together so they become a single piece of glass art work.

Angie pioneered Contemporary Hard Edge Glass and instantly fell in love with the bright colors and geometric designs.

Smita Yamala

'Jaitras Studio' is Smita’s creative abode, a space where she lets her imagination take form. She loves being creative and enjoy working with colors and textures to create beautiful art which can talk to the soul. Smita draws, paints, and creates mixed media artwork, customized and personalized decor to beautify spaces, conduct art and craft workshops etc.

At a young age, Leslye began creating funky jewelry, clothing and accessories that she could wear. She works in all media and are inspired by artists and crafts people throughout time and location. In 2015, she began making funky art and crafts that she could share.

LycheeMeadow loves designing whimsical, dreamy things! EAC studio focuses on creating 2-D wall art in different mediums. They will be bringing some easels and 10+ pieces of art up in the booth + face painting activities!

Press and Score stained glass work ranges from traditional panels and sun catchers to plant stakes and candle holders (and everything in between). Her retro and vintage-inspired designs are brought to life with bold colors, playful refractions and unique textures.

Malcolm Ford

 Malcolm started working with glass at a very young age. He lived in Tacoma Washington for a number of years not too far from Jason Lee Middle School where they offered a glass blowing program. Since then, Malcolm has continued to work use glass to create creative original work.

Located in the BelRed Arts District, West Coast Drum Shop is locally-owned drum shop and music school featuring a full roster of experienced teachers for drums, guitar, ukulele, voice, and piano. They feature both high profile drummers and local legends in our drum clinics, and regularly host events for our drumming community.
