Planning for the future

This is just the beginning. The BelRed Arts District Community Alliance will be partnering with two developers — Bridge Housing and Su Development — to build transit-oriented multifamily housing complexes with affordable housing and amenities for artists on two separate city-owned properties in the BelRed Arts District. Our nonprofit organization will focus on designing and developing ground floor spaces that will feature dedicated arts and cultural facilities to support the BelRed creative economy, small retail areas for artists and creative entrepreneurs, and affordable artist housing.
