2 Line Opening Celebration Brings Thousands to the BelRed Arts District

When we say we can’t thank you all enough…. This past weekend, we — the BelRed Arts District Community Alliance — celebrated the 2 line opening with a celebration party at the BelRed/130th station. The event brought thousands of people to the BelRed Arts District, where visitors had the opportunity to ride the 2 Line for the first time and see exactly what the Arts District had to offer.

This was a milestone for us, and we are profoundly honored and thankful to each and every one of you for being a part of it. The formation of the Community Alliance was driven by this very purpose – to daylight creativity and bring awareness to the 60+ creative businesses and organizations that call this area home. Most importantly, we couldn’t have done this without our sponsors and the strong collaboration and partnerships with our community booth partners, local artists, and friends of the BelRed Arts District.

Thank you PArtners!
